These terms apply to your use of this website and our application (together, the “Site”), operated by Soto Strength Group (“Gorilla Baseball”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to them.

The application

Submitting an application lets us learn about you and decide whether our training program is a fit. It does not enroll you in the program or create any obligation for you or us. Enrollment, pricing, schedules and any performance guarantee are covered by a separate agreement you’ll receive before you pay anything.

Please give accurate information. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian should review the application with you, and we may contact them.

Contacting you

By continuing past the contact step, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by recurring automated text messages about your application and our program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Results

Results described on the Site, including athlete stories, are examples, not promises of what any individual will achieve. Training outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort and health. Any guarantee applies only as written in your program agreement.

Health and safety

Training involves physical activity and risk of injury. Check with a medical professional before starting any program, and stop if something doesn’t feel right.

Our content

The Site’s text, videos, images, logos and training materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site: no false applications, no attempts to access other people’s information or our staff areas, and no interfering with how the Site works.

Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
